Deepshikha graduated with a B.Sc (Honours) in Economics  from St. Xavier's College and went on to pursue her L.L.B from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. She is currently the Corporate Relationship Manager of Radico Khaitan Ltd. Through the YWLP, Deepshikha aspires to interact with like minded people, gain exposure and learn various aspects of business from some of the renowned faculty members.


Preeti completed her Bachelor's in English from Hindu College, Delhi University.
Fuelled by her passion for creative writing she took short courses at Harvard and The London School of Journalism. Currently, Preeti heads the creative department of her family-owned real estate business.
With the YWLP, she hopes to gain a deeper understanding of her family business which would make her more effective and efficient. Preeti also looks forward to opening new horizons for herself as an individual.


Vasvi graduated in Home Science from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University and went on to pursue a Masters in Home Science (Extension Education) from S.N.D.T Women's University, Mumbai.
She then worked as the Project Coordinator (Community Health Development) with an NGO, Arpana Trust, in the year 2005. Vasvi headed a team of 50 field and other staff, which covered a population of nearly 50,000 people. She was also a part of their managerial and organizing team for various other events. Through the YWLP, Vasvi hopes to narrow down on a business idea and gain insights into starting and running an enterprise.


Deepal worked as a corporate lawyer for more than a year after completing  her Masters in Law from University College London. She found herself craving for creativity at work. That was the birth of KlosetEdit - an online platform for women to resell their designer and luxury fashion.
She strongly believes that the YWLP will help her in developing a sound business acumen and hopes to learn valuable lessons to make the foundation of her new venture strong.


With a bachelors degree in Fine Art and an Associate Degree in Graphic Design from Parsons School Of Design, New York, Jaya’s initial working years were spent in New York designing textiles. With an interest in the Indian art market, she moved back home in 2006 and worked with Saffronart, India’s leading auction house, for five years. Having acquired diverse skills in that time, she then shifted from the art side of the business to heading the jewellery auction vertical. Currently, Jaya heads Operations for Delhi Art Gallery where she has multiple job functions.


Nidhi graduated from Delhi University and went on to pursue a Diploma in Fine Arts from Kalakendra, Academy of Fine Arts & Craft. She is currently the Vice President - Sales & Art Advisory, of the Delhi Art Gallery.
Through YWLP, she aspires to learn about entrepreneurship, leadership and the ability to strategize & handle various challenges associated to her role better. She also looks forward to a fresh perspective that would help her ideate ways and means to optimize and sustain her potential.


Having attained a Bachelors degree in Sociology (Hons.) from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi, Shreyasi went on to study Marketing Management at the The Times School of Marketing, New Delhi. She worked for sales with The Times Group and later handled sales & visual merchandising for a home interiors store in New Delhi.
In October 2010, she founded VILLA-1, a home decor production house with expertise in offering contemporary furniture and wooden accessories to homes and offices in Delhi-NCR.
A mother of two, Shreyasi believes that age should not be a limitation for learning & fulfilling one’s dreams. She wants to attend the YWLP to touch base with the various emerging trends in business. She believes that interpersonal communications skills and attention to detail are her strengths that would aid her in becoming a successful entrepreneur.


An alumnus of the esteemed Yadavindra Public School, Punjab; Divya graduated from APEEJAY School of Architecture & Planning in Delhi with a Bachelors in Architecture (additional emphasis on Interior & Furniture Design). She started her career with an MNC - Hirsch Bedner Associates, while juggling various freelance retail projects simultaneously. She went on to specialize in Visual Merchandising, Retail Designing & Marketing from Pearl Academy. ?She then worked with various notable premium brands like The Good Earth Store, Da Milano, Debenhams (UK) & L'Occitane en Provence (France).
By utilizing her varied experiences she aspires to become a self-sufficient retail consultant, running her own consultancy. With YWLP, Divya intends to transform her aspirations into a venture with a fully functional business plan & potential investment sources.


Kamakshi is a commerce graduate from Delhi University, India, with a Masters in Marketing and Strategy from University of Warwick, England. She worked with Ernst and Young as an auditor and a small digital marketing start-up called Beam and Words as a consultant. Having tried different job roles during her education, she found her passion for fashion and started her own label in Indo-Western wear and aspires to grow in the same industry.


Prachi graduated from JMC, Delhi University, as a Bachelor of Commerce (H). She then did a brief stint in EY-GSS as an Associate. From thereon, she joined her parents in their manufacturing and exporting unit for womenswear.
She completed her Masters in Management from SP Jain, Mumbai. After graduation, she worked for a period of 2 years which helped her gain hands on industry experience. She then launched a clothing label with two of her friends and has been working with them ever since.


KKrishika holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She is also a certified digital marketer from Digital Academy India and also a certified hairstylist from B:Blunt.

Evolve, her company, was founded in 2013. The company deals in innovative interior and exterior products and solutions and aims to be the one stop place for exclusive home decor.
She hopes to expand her skill set and be an excellent business woman post the YWLP.


Pooja has dabbled in infrastructure, tech, lifestyle and luxury over the past few years . Her experience at a joint venture partner (A US based multinational) has honed her team work and communication skills. Her time at the tech start-up  taught her the value of time, especially in the digital space, working in the lifestyle and luxury space has enabled her to understand the different types of markets.
She has started her own business called 'The Travelling Boutique'   and continues to work alongside at her father's fine jewellery company (Nicetrends Jewels). The main reason to join the Entrepreneurship Program is to gain some academic knowledge of running a business, wherein she can also learn from professionals and learn from their experiences.


Having graduated as an architect, Resham has gone on to work as an architect and interior decorator in top firms in Mumbai. She has also worked as a film set designer.
She hopes to realize her dream of starting her own firm with the help of YWLP. She is additionally planning on pursuing her Masters Degree in Architecture this fall in the United States.
She spends her free time practicing photography, travelling, and writing for O-Lap Design Blog.


Since her graduation from Sophia College, Renu has worked as a homemaker, raised two children and a dog, and still found the time to dabble in the home décor industry and also head a school located in a small township.
She would now like to update her education and her knowledge in contemporary business practices which she hopes to apply to formalize her business ventures, and hopefully take them to the next level. Renu hopes to learn the art of Marketing and Finance as a YWLP fellow, and subsequently grow her home décor business.


Radhika graduated in Economics from Daulat Ram College, Delhi University. Thereafter she worked with KPMG as an Analyst in the Risk Consulting-Forensic Division.
She is keen on opening her own Café and Lounge in the future. Radhika loves meeting new people and is extremely passionate about travelling. She  is looking forward to the YWLP program to gain the necessary knowlegde & skill set  before stepping into the entreneurship world.


Manika graduated from Daulat Ram College, Delhi University. She then went on to pursue a Diamond Grading course from IIGJ, Jhandewalan. She is a certified Image Consultant from Image Consultant Style Academy, Punjabi Bagh.
Manika aspires to combine her passion for jewellery and the knowledge she gained during her time spent at IIGJ and start an Online portal for jewellery. She feels that the YWLP is the perfect program to equip her with the business skills required to setup and run a successful business venture. She also plans on starting a blog for unexplored places to visit in India.


Divya Mehta holds a chemical engineering degree from Purdue University, USA. She  started her career with Unilever in Chicago & moved back to New Delhi in 2007 to start Alchem Phytoceuticals.  After the company successfully convinced doctors on the benefits and advantages of natural products, Divya focused her attention on conceptualising and implementing a natural skincare brand for mature skin (for woman over 30) called Épique. Through the Young Women’s Leadership Program, Divya aims to strengthen her marketing know-how to transform Épique into a winning global skincare brand.


Shruti completed her schooling from Mater Dei School and then went to the University of Nottingham, U.K. where she did a B.A.(H) in Management Studies with a specialization in Marketing.
Shruti has a great hunger for knowledge and has completed several programs; Landmark Curriculum, Marketing Management by IIT. She also successfully completed the YWLP Program offered at Infinity Business School. She has also been awarded ‘Female of the Year’ by Franchise India. She is also a member of the International Student Bureau and Indian Society.
Shruti is an integral part of her family Real Estate Consulting Business as a Marketing Manager. Through a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Finance she wishes to create Pan India presence for her business.


Chavi studied Fashion Marketing and Branding at Nottingham Trent University. She then returned to New Delhi & under the guidance of fashion photographer Bharat Sikka she gained tremendous experience and exposure across multiple industries & was able to pursue her passion in branding. She is currently building her portfolio as a brand consultant, working primarily with startups in India, with overseas projects in the pipeline. Chavi was also hired by iLuka in 2012 during the London Olympics and aspires to continue working with them in forthcoming events as well as branch into other sports/extreme sports events.
Chavi joined the YWLP to broaden her horizons and develop an entrepreneurial skill set.


Mitul graduated from the Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Gurgaon with a B.Arch degree in 1994.
She worked for a short while with Ranjit Sabikhi and associates, New Delhi and has since been freelancing an interior designer. She is a partner in her firm Zeron Interiors based in Gurgaon.
She is looking at starting a bespoke furniture design company that customizes high quality handcrafted furniture with an Indian identity in a contemporary context. 


Meha studied at Vasant Valley School, New Delhi. She received a Diploma in Foundation Studies in Art and Design from the Chelsea College of Art in London, and then decided to specialize in 3D Design. After a 3 year Jewellery and Silversmithing course at the Sir John Cass School of Art, Media, and Design, of the London Metropolitan University, she returned to Delhi and began creating whimsical neckpieces. She started her own company – ‘Baby Baniya’.
Meha  aspires to build a viable business model & market her brand better. She feels that the YWLP program will help her acquire the business know how of making Baby Baniya a global brand.


Maria is a postgraduate with double masters in Immunology and Virology with a B.Tech (Biotechnology) backgrount. She also completed her dissertation at University of Manchester, Department of Life Sciences in 2010.
Maria is a true learner at heart. In addition to her many academic achievements, she has learnt several languages. She loves to the play the violin and has passed levels from Trinity College London.
She is currently doing her LLB. She aims to start and entrepreneurial venture in the area Patents and IPR Consulting.


Anisha is an alumnus of Modern School, Barakhamba Road and has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Symbiosis Center for Management Studies, Pune. She worked at Ernst and Young for a period of two years, where she provided analytical and strategic support to EY leadership. It was during these two years that she realized how passionate she was about fashion styling. With YWLP, she aspires to enhance her knowledge, learn alternative methods to manage and invest wealth and transform her passion for styling into an entrepreneurial venture.


Archna completed her graduation in B.Com from Shri Shikshayatan College, Calcutta. She owns & heads a unit for manufacture of knitted fabric as well as a retail outlet for Women's formal and occasion ethnic wear. Currently she also heads the Design & product Development Department of her family run export business. A fitness and health enthusiast, Archna aspires to establish a chain of holistic wellness and healing centers across India that help restore the natural balance of mind body and spirit.


Vanya is a Director with the North Eastern Carrying Corporation, a listed company in the freight management & logistics solutions space.
She studied at the J.D. Birla Institute, Kolkata. A successful homemaker, she decided to contribute to the family business some years back.
With YWLP, she wishes to learn the latest management practices and actively contribute to the several expansion projects in her company.


Aditi  is an alumnus of Modern School, Vasant Vihar and has a Bachelors of Sciences Degree in Interior Design from Amity University, Noida . She then went on to do her Masters  in Interior design from Scuola Politecnico di Design,Milan in 2013. Aditi did  a 3 month internship under Francesca Benedetto, Yellow Office, Milan-Italy.
She intends to add interiors as another aspect to her family business of real estate and construction with the help of YWLP.


Jyoti  graduated with a BA honors degree in Economics from Hansraj college. She then went on to pursue a MA Economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.
Jyoti is a creative person and wants to follow her passion of becoming an entrepreneur. At YWLP, she wants to expand her theoretical knowledge and gain practical insights. She hopes to learn new concepts and develop better understanding in order to give concrete shape to her ideas.


Kanika completed her undergraduate degree from Amity University (India) in Biotechnology (B.Tech) and further studied Biotechnology and Enterprise (M.Sc) from University of Manchester (UK).

She went on to join the law firm Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan (New Delhi) where she spent an year as a Research Associate in the Patents Department. She further carried on her interest in patents and pursued a diploma degree in Patents Law from NALSAR University of Law (Hyderabad, India). Thereafter, she cleared the exam of Patent Agent under the Government of India and is now a registered Patent Agent in India. She is passionate about the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and hopes to start an IPR firm in the future.


Pooja completed her Graduation from Delhi University and her Diploma in Fine Arts from Delhi College of Fine Arts.
She continued to follow her passion for painting and designing and participated in an exhibition with the Delhi College of Fine Arts.
She has now taken up jewelry design. She is a diamond grader, a jewelry designer and is soon going to venture into jewelry manufacturing.
She wishes to marry her knowledge of design and jewelry with management expertise to be able to start her own jewelry house.


Vanita went to Holy Child Auxilium, New Delhi, for her schooling and received her B.A. from Delhi University in English Honors. She completed a diploma in Graphic Design  and worked with G.G. Advertising and Fusion Tec, Washington D.C. She gained expertise in areas of layout design, advertising, and company merchandising. While working at Fusion Tec, Ms. Goel completed a Diploma in Interface Design at The Corcoran School of Art, Washington D.C.
Recently, she conducted the ‘Expressive Art Series’ workshops in partnership with Garima Jain . These workshops gave young children an opportunity to interact with and learn from emerging artists.  She is an active PSA member at the Shri Ram School, an advanced Theta Healing practitioner and loves to travel extensively.


Sunakshi has studied communication design from Pearl Academy. During this multidisciplinary course, she has experimented in graphics, research, photography, advertising, branding, typography, packaging, illustration, print, film, web, animation, spatial design, material exploration, fashion, jewellery, product design, content development, marketing and promotion.

She is a creative person and conceptualization is her core strength. With YWLP, she hopes to gain the management insights and skills to establish her own design enterprise.


Shriti is an alumnus of Sophia College, Mumbai and SIMC,  Pune.  She is a theatre aficionado, a writer and translator, and an entrepreneur. She founded a theatre group called ‘The Manna Makers’. She has written theatre reviews and translated stories, winning the Katha Translator of the year award in 2006. She worked with the Gender & Space Project and Micro-cultures of Mumbai, worked on films and documentaries and went on to joined the editing team of ART India magazine.
Her journey culminated into ‘Beyond Bombay’ & ‘Beyond Delhi’ – niche travel collectives that run concept-based walks, engaging people with the past & present of the cities they call home.


Swizy is an alumnus of Lady Shri Ram College (Delhi University) where she majored in English literature. During her college days,  she came across many physically impaired people who were extremely ambitious but did not have access to  medical equipments. She wants to get into the field of medical equipment. With YWLP, she hopes to transform her raw ideas into a concrete plan. She is currently working as a trainee in Joneja Bright Steels Pvt Ltd.


Shalini completed her graduation from Delhi University and went on to study Textile Design  at the internationally acclaimed  National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad. She is a freelance consultant and has worked closely with several textile units, buying houses and design firms. Shalini aspires to start a social enterprise that would allow her to marry her love for textiles  with her wish to make a difference to the society.


Shikha is an alumnus of Hans Raj College, Delhi University. She has also done a Bachelors in Vocal Music from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. Shikha is a homemaker with several interests. She enjoys travelling, adventure sports, baking cakes and gift wrapping. With her kids growing up, she has been  exploring various avenues for personal growth. She has done short term courses in jewellery designing and EXIM trade.  With YWLP, she intends to broaden her knowledge and empower to either start up a venture in near future or help in the existing family business.


Rajvi  is an alumnus of London College of Fashion and Parson's School of Design, New York. She has successfully completed several assignments under multiple designer labels in international and national work territories.  After achieving retail success, multiple collection launches, several Indian Fashion Weeks and a New York Fashion Week, Rajvi founded Roar & Growl, an online men's wear brand. Roar & Growl has a simple motto: ‘Invent your own, unique, individual style statement. Dare to wear who you are.’


Naina is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce where she completed her B. Com. (Hons.).

She got placed with Pricewaterhouse Coopers India but Instead of starting a career,  she chose to pursue further studies and went on to study International Marketing at Delhi School of Economics. Naina is passionate about diverse topics ranging from finance to fashion. She is also a ICSA certified professional image consultant. At YWLP, she hopes to learn new concepts and acquire a host of entrepreneurial skills.


Forever passionate about Art and Fashion, Mandira  went to study at the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York.  After her formal education, Mandira turned entrepreneur and founded two ventures in the very two areas that excited her most. She founded Blueprint12, a gallery that promotes challenging and experimental forms of art, focusing primarily on Indian artists and also bringing major International art into India. Her other venture, Fab Connection is a design house-cum-fashion pop up store that works closely with several leading designers and labels.


Divya completed her B.A. (Hons.) Economics from Delhi University. After her graduation, she joined Kotak Securities as a part of the Private Client Group (Wealth Management) and gained comprehensive understanding of the HNI segment and their investment needs. In 2004, Divya turned entrepreneur and founded Perron Insurance Services, an insurance consultancy that deals with providing insurance solutions to corporate clients as well and individuals. Over the last ten years, she has consistently grown her company and engaged with several large corporate clients across sectors. YWLP is her first step towards chalking out a growth strategy for her business.


Shreya graduated with a BA (Honours) in English from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University. After her graduation, she pursued aDiploma in Journalism from The Indian Express Institute of Media Studies.She went on to work withThe Indian Express as a Sub Editorfor a period of 2 years.

Shreyaplans to start her own jewellery business now.


Sirisha is a science graduate from Andhra University.Married to an Armyman, she has lived in several cities across the country and absorbed the cultures, customs and traditions of several regions. Extremely passionate about performing arts, she joined Tansen Sangeet Mahavidyalaya in 2009.  She has been instrumental in growing Tansen’s footprint from 4 to 40 centres in a short span. Currently, she isChief Operating Officer, Tansenand continues to develop innovative concepts and ideas for their growth


Taruna is an alumnus of University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (BA Political Science) and theUniversity of Manchester (MA International Relations). During her 9 year career she worked in diverse areas such as Marketing, Public relations, developmental work and electronic media. Her work took her across three continents.  Inspired by her travel she took an entrepreneurial leap andformed Pearl Luxe, a Delhi based luxury travel consultancy company specializing in experiential and unique travel encounters.


Rinku completed her schooling and graduation in Mumbai. She did her graduation from Narsee Monjee Institute, Mumbai and her Post Graduation from National Institute of Fashion & Technology (NIFT). She started her entrepreneurial journey by assisting in the family business of textiles and garments. She was instrumental in setting up a few private labels for ready made garments as an extension to her business. She also runs and manages her own outfit of personalized gifting solutions which she aims to scale up.


Sakhshi graduated from the University of Chicago, USA with a major in Economics and a minor in Art History. After graduation she worked at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Philadelphia, USA in the Indian art department followed by a stint at the Gagosian Gallery in New York City. Sakhshi returned to New Delhi, India in January 2012 and worked as a freelance art dealer and curator for a while. She also curated 'Goa Style' by Rohit Chawla at the Religare Art Gallery. Two years later, she conceptualized and inaugurated her own art gallery, The Portret Project , a niche concept, which focuses on portraiture as an art form and how it has evolved over time.


Saudamini Dalmia graduated from Jesus and Mary College with a degree in BA (Economics and Mathematics). Saudamini has two passions - Ceramics & Coffee. After graduation, she pursued ceramics at the Sanskriti Kendra, affiliated to the Delhi Blue Pottery Trust. She also trained in roasting under a master roaster from theSpecialty Coffee Association of Europe.Recently, Saudamini has introduced "Kaffa Cerrado" - Single origin coffee beans and a range of brewing equipments that allows one to brew and enjoy a great cup of coffee anywhere. 


Dhwani graduated fromLady Shri Ram College with a BA degree and went on to get aDiploma in Commercial Arts. The commercial art course helped her realize her love for design and she decided to pursue it as her career. She trained for 3 years under a Brand & Marketing Expert and handled creative projects for various brands. In 2011, she launched her own brand “Papillon Paperie- Bespoke Stationery” that specializes in identity design for companies as well as individuals. She plans to open a store of stationery, cards and gift wraps in future.


Ridhika graduated from Macquarie University, Sydneywith honors in International Studies in 2007. She also represented her University in a 6 month exchange program at Lancaster University, UK. She worked withCorporate Executive Board and KPMG before joining her family business, Cardio Fitness India where she handled the marketing division.Today, she heads the Domestic section of Vision Ventures, a garment export house she runs with her husband. She wants to combine her passion for Fitness and Fashion and launch her own fashion label with a special range of fitness apparel.


Bhavna graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce with a BA (Hons) in Economics followed by a Masters in Economics and Finance fromUniversity of Warwick.She worked at Grant Thornton for a couple of years before following her passion of becoming an entrepreneur. She realized her life-long dream of setting up a Villa Style resort in Goa. Her resort is a 30 roomboutique hotel situated in South Goa and is called ‘Beleza by the beach’.


Chavi completed her BA Economics (Hons.) fromHansraj College, Delhi University and went on to pursure an MA in Economics from the prestigiousLoyola College. She was anAssistant Professor at University of Delhi for two years where she taught Economics at the Undergraduate level. Chavi was also the coordinator at the Society for Child Development, an NGO working for differently able children and is currently associated with Institute of Chinese Studies, Delhi as a research assistant.


Aparna completed her Bachelors of Arts (Economics and Mathematics) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi and Masters of Business Administration fromInstitute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. She worked briefly with ITC Hotels and GE Capital International Services before joining Jones Lang La Salle, one of world’s leading real estate services firm.In her 8 years with JLL, she has been instrumental in initiating the global luxury brands initiative catering to global premium and luxury brands entering Indian retail markets. Aparna attributes her success at work to her entrepreneurial spirit and wishes to enhance the same at YWLP.


Ankita completed her undergraduate degree fromLancaster University (UK)in International Business, majoring in economics. She was always fascinated by the Real Estate sector and decided to studyReal Estate Finance (M.Phil.)fromCambridge University.She went on to join the International Property Consultants Jones Lang LaSalle where she spent two and a half years.  She is passionate about diverse topics ranging from spirituality to finance and aspires to turn entrepreneur in the future.

This program aims to bring together a like minded set of participants who all are gearing up to understand and conquer the ecosystem around Entrepreneurship. The fellows have all excelled in their previous academic / corporate or entrepreneurial subsets prior to joining this course. The participants are across diverse academic backgrounds but share the common thread of an entrepreneurial streak guiding their next phase of life. We expect the fellows to have an extremely enriching peer group interaction during the course of this program.


Ankita Nanda graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, B.Com (Hons.) in 2009. During her campus placements, she was placed with Deloitte & Toucheas an External Auditor where she worked for 4 years. In August 2012, she was also awarded the ‘Deloitte Applause Award’ for Outstanding Client Service. It is her dream to convert her passion for cooking and baking into a successful entrepreneurial venture. She hopes to start a chain of bakeriesin the near future.
